Theft by an employee

While shopping at mr price Home in the kyalami corner Centre, my tennis bracelet fell off my wrist. I went back to the store to see if I had lost it there and the manager informed me that they had indeed found the bracelet but then she saw one of her employees take the bracelet. I’m absolutely disgusted that a mr price employee can ***** from a customer and even more upset by the fact that the manager just let the employee take it. When I asked her why she would she let the employee take it and not stop him, she just shrugged. I have tried numerous attempts to get hold of someone at mr price Home to help me but I just get transferred from person to person.
