THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE

My son who is 3, got new shoes as a gift bought from Mr Price Hillbrow in the 4th Nov,but the size was small and in Hillbrow they didn't have the right size so l went to my closest Mr Price to change which is the Mr Price in Park Meadows,these shoes were bought on the 4th Nov around 4pm,in the morning on the 5th Nov getting ready to go to church l put my son those shoes and after about 5 mins he said they were sore,so l decided to go and change and take the next big size,to my suprise the manager a lady in Mr Price Park Meadows refused to change the shoes,she said l should go and change in hillbrow not in her store, She went on to say they were damaged referring to the fact that he walked in the house wearing the shoes,wow.how was he suppose to fit and not walk,l explained that my house is carpeted and he only wore the shoes for only 5mins or less,she told me to go and change in hillbrow.what a treatment lm still in shock,the lady at the till told us that that's what she does as she had recently done that to another customer,the shoes are still new they were never worn for more than 10mins.
