The struggle is real when trying to return items purchased online

I have been struggling for 5 days now to return bar stools that I bought. I have been in contact with the Mr Price Whatsapp service everyday, where every time I get the same answer. "Your request has been sent to the courier service, they will be in contact to when they are picking up the return". After numerous attempts trying to find out when the return will be picked up, I phone the courier service hoping for an answer. Where I got informed that since Sunday to date they haven't received a request for picking up my return. Online shopping is supposed to be convenient and effortless. It's been such a struggle just to log a return so I can get my refund and buy other chairs. I will not recommend shopping online at Mr Price Home. Returns and client service is beyond poor.
