The Most Terrifying and Pathetic Service Ever

Yesterday I had the most terrible and uncomfortable experience of my life at Mr Price Home Mall of the South from the moment I walked in the store I was assisting myself because everyone was busy minding their business as I was shopping only then I got attention the staff there started monitoring my every movement for their own selfish reasons. They made me feel so uncomfortable because they were now following me suspecting I'm a *****. They made it so obvious because they even admitted when I told them I saw them. That time I spent R5000 supporting this store. Their service sucks and will never go back to that Mr Price Home and after finalising payment, the cashier did not remove the tag and the machine by the door rang and the other lady jumped wanting to see what it was that time the trolley was full. Now i had to wait for them to check everything only to find out i paid for everything and it was the cashier who didn't remove the tag. I'm so disappointed and angry as I've never stole in my life. I'm even thinking of suing Mr Price Home for defamation of character.
