The I don’t care employees

I’m so angry with Mr price home at lake side mall the service is very bad,last month I went to activate my card as I have app**** for account and it was approved.The staff told me that you are going to buy at Mr price clothing then month end you will want to pay here will tell you we off line,I told them I came to buy here I need some stuff I bought there I spend R950.On the 7th of June I went to pay they told me they are off line for account payment wow but they were selling to other customers making sales I end up not paying and what worries me is that I will be in arrears and be a bad payer because of the staff that doesn’t want to work.I went back to the store and told them I want to close my account I can’t deal with these they told me to pay before how am I going to pay because you off line give me documentation I’ll do everything online they didn’t even care .I just want to close this account I can’t deal with such people.
