The furniture at Mr Price is relatively cheap, but

I would like to launch a complaint about my furniture order. (Edited E-mail of history of not delivery our furniture)<br> It all started three weeks ago, when I ordered furniture at your branch Worldwear in Johannesburg. I ordered one book shelf and two white pedestals.<br> After many disaster phone calls, we decided to drive to the store and sort this matter out once and for all. We were told that because it was Sunday they could not assist, and they would call back on Monday morning. Which they obviously did not. So the Monday late afternoon I grabbed the phone again to find out what was happening. The person had contacted the head office that the white pedestals are on their way to the store. As soon as they are at the store we would receive a call and we plan delivery.<br> The black ones are taking up space in ugly brown boxes in our living room. I have lost at least R400 airtime. Where are the white pedestals? Where do they have to come from, as we were told, they were already on their way on Monday? It should be here by now. Will we ever get them?<br> We are not happy customers. The furniture at Mr Price is relatively cheap, but is it worth the trouble? Not for us again.
