The diary of MR Price Home and their outsourced delivering company

<p>Last week Thursday I happily went to MR Price Home the one that is situated at the Design Quarter shopping complex in Johannesburg where I bought a couch and paid for delivery. I was told that it would be delivered on Saturday. Saturday came and the delivery company that they outsource called me in the morning to inform me that they will be bringing my delivery after 12pm. I waited hoping that I will get a phone call telling me that they are at the gate, I should open up for them, but instead I got nothing and no explanation. So I decided to do a follow up on Monday ( this desicion was made because, I didn't think on Sunday that they would be working), and I was given a very dump explanation of why they did not pitch up, and we concluded that they would delivery today( 14 February 2017) after 2PM. The same process repeated where they call me to confirm that they would deliver after 2PM, and they still did not pitch. So I decided to call them again today ( 14 February 2017) at 3PM to check what may be the problem this time around, and the gentleman on the phone told me that they are running late they will be delivering just after 5PM (14 February 2017). But guess WHAT?, no one pitched up. I truly feel that I am undermined, because I had to stop all of my commitments just to wait for something that is not coming. This is bad for MR Price Home because they have built an image that is respectable towards us it's current market and potential market. </p> <p>I hope that this complaint does not fall in deaf ears. </p>
