The Aim of destroying Customers
We went to the Ballito branch as it is close to home to buy a dining room table, chairs and a TV unit. Almost 3 hours later no help and every item we wished to buy was unavailable. Frustrated to say the least. Help turned up and Lo and Behold we were asked to go the Pavilion branch for the items which were damaged. Anyway they were ordered online (the R650 discount offered was not given to us) and we were promised delivery by midweek. City couriers happily called me and said that they are delivering the next day. On the morning I received a call and the lady said the driver of the truck said they would be at my home in 20 minutes!!! I cancelled my work and then she called back to say time changed and they would deliver at lunchtime which I accepted. The Cherry on top is no one came. Silence is the golden key from this company they take your money and keep quiet. Finally to burst my bubble they call me to RATE their service??? What service!!! The no show$$$$ . Well I call the store the Manager is on leave. How convenient is life. On leave whilst who knows if my furniture is sailing away to an unknown destination. Perhaps on holiday. Maybe I should write a book on the journey of my furniture which mind you was to the Little value of R9100. They cease to amaze me with the maze which I have followed. Will it be solved? I guess the "Chronicles of Mr Price Home" will haunt me for a lifetime. Will I buy there again. Most definitely not. At this point my temper is flaring up. I wonder if they will take note of my ranting. Probably not.
