Terribly badly organised. Poor service.

<p>First customer in line and I have Been waiting for over 30 minutes at the pay point and mr price in Paarl mall is unable to assist with a payment of stock. not even an apology or any communication as to what the delay is despite my repeated Attemps to ask for assistance and arrange alternate solutions. Bad organisation and customer service all round ! </p>
