Terrible Terrible Service!! Do Not Use Them!
Absolutely APPALLING service!
I ordered 7 items online and chose to pay R50 extra for it to be delivered latest Friday as I needed it urgently by then. I received 4 of the 7 items on Wednesday and when I enquired I got told “Your order was split and the other half will arrive by Friday”. So my order got split without any indication to me so I must just guess this when I receive half my order. I then email *** 3 times over 2 days and NOT ONE response! I had to resort to whatsapping them - first on Friday morning to be told it will be delivered by the end of the day. Then by 4:30pm when I track it, it’s not even on route to be delivered! Then I WhatsApp them again to be told exactly what I just saw on the tracking info and that I must mail ***. I expect my R50 refund and am extremely appalled by the lack of communication and service from Mr P Home and Pargo! Will never order from them again!
