Terrible service wrong product received andbi want what i paid for
Maybe ill get a response from here because you phone the store and they cant help and the head office apparently can only help if you have a account
Im horrified at the customer service

19 Dec 2018, 16:45I bought a comforter for my son on monday it said double on the packaging only to get home and see its a three quarter. Now i wasted R50 airtime today not getting any answers and beening placed on hold for ever. And about 2 days when i did get though they told me they didnt have stock only in ballito. Now how must i get there as they tell me they will not bring it to me even though its your mastake
