Terrible service, poor product, theft of customer money

Unfortunately I can't support or recommend using Mr Price online. I purchased an office chair on the 7th of August the cost including delivery and I paid extra for assembly was R1950

On the 13th of August my chair arrived with no skrews. So ofcourse could not be assembled or of any use.

I logged a return through same day and was told a full refund would be paid to me within 7 business days.

After 7 business days bo refund reflected in my account. After numerous attempts to get through to a customer care agent and after waiting on the phone for almost 30 minutes I was told the refund was only logged at that moment.

Today (29 August) I received my refund of only R1500 it seems then Mr Price thinks its fair to charge me for delivery of a faulty product. Ps the reason I'm taking to social media is because getting through to customer care is almost impossible on any given day
