Terrible service from Mr. Price Home

Very Disappointed as per our last Hello Peter Report we have been promised by Mr. Price Home that our Case has been resolved and we would have a full cash refund for the products they now owe us almost 2 and a half years. After multiple phone calls and emails, still no refund??? very disappointed in the poor service.
