Terrible service from cashier at Mr Price Home Clearwater

Terrible service from a cashier, named Mr Sibusiso at Mr Price Home, Clearwater Mall. I greeted him merrily, and he ignored me. Another colleague told him I had greeted him and he just looked at us (my mother and I). My mom asked if he was in a bad mood and still he did not respond. This was after we had to get an item off the top shelf because nobody was around to assist. It was awful service, so we left our items on the counter without purchasing them.
