Terrible service and poor customer service

<p>I placed an online order on the 27 March 2017, paid for it on the 28 March 2017 and on the order I choose to pay for the delivery of 1-3 working days which means I supposed to receive my order on the 31/03/17. I knocked of at 16:30pm and went to MrPrice home in kerk street to collect the package as it was a gift for a friend's wedding. I got there and stood in a very long queue until I eventually got help. I advised that guy that I am collecting an order I placed online, shame he seems new and had no idea what to do. He then asked the lady who was next to him, who was so rude and told him to speak to me and not her about the order. I then asked how can he speak to me because I do not work for them and I do not have an idea what's the process? She then went back and spoke to the guy directly and said' ask for her name and go and check at the back'. The guy asked for my name and did what he was told. He came back and he can't find it. The rude lady who said her name is Rina then said to me unfortunately my order was not delivered. I asked so I paid for the package to be delivered in 3 days and it was not deliverd and she doesn't see anything wrong with that, Her response was' Yes you paid for 3 day delivery but it is not here and there is nothing we can do. I told her I do not like her attitude towards the customers, it's appauling. I only received an email on th 04/04/17 to say the package is ready. That is so not acceptable.</p>
