Terrible service

I bought an OVEN SAFE baking dish from Mr. Price home a few months ago and kept it for a dinner party dish. I have therefore only used it very seldomly and after its 3rd use it has hairline cracks all over it and some are all the way through. I took it back to Mr. Price home in Hillcrest and got TERRIBLE service. They wouldn't even acknowledge it was a manufacturing issue as they said this was the first return on this item. I'm horrified, they said if I didn't have a slip there was nothing they could do and anyway the item is marked down to R0. 90 cents on their system now.... 90 cents... What!!! They were rude and unapologetic. They took down my details for their customer care to contact me but big surprise, no one has called. No service at all!
