Terrible service

Terrible customer service from Mr Price Home. Bought chairs online and paid for assembly. Delivery day, the driver said they knew nothing about assembly. Called two weeks back, they promised a team would come but nothing. Called again last week but still no help. It’s been 3 full weeks of calling and speaking to multiple customer service agents, all saying they’re “escalating the matter” but no resolution. Extremely disappointing experience.
