Terrible Service

An order was placed, at a store (online). That service was great. One item received without an instruction manual and incorrect bolts. The other item was not what I ordered (worth more than the item I had purchased). The delivery team and I reported it the same day. I finally received an email the instruction manual, a week later the correct bolts were received. I have had to wait 2 weeks for the correct item to be delivered. The feedback and responses to follow ups were pathetic, to say the least. How was I, as the client, made to wait two weeks for an error from their side.
