Terrible quality products and Service

Terrible products & terrible service!

I am an interior designer who purchase a lot of products from you. I have made an online order as you had a special going online. First i received the one product a duvet cover the premium range. It was torn. I had to drive all the way just to exchange and find out they do not have stock. I did not even get an apology. The staff was very unfriendly and again i delivered late to my client because of you.

Then came the sawyer wall mount shelf. As i assemble, again one of the pieces is broken it cant ***** on. Again i have to wait 7 days for it to be exchanged and i deliver late again to my client.

I will never in my life use Mr price home Online service again. The staff is unfriendly and they send you faulty products.
