Terrible Quality

We bought a lamp for my nightstand in July when we renovated my bedroom. It was literally switched on and off once a day, if not even less. Last night we noticed that the switch no longer works. It is one of those where the switch is on the base where the globe is and not on the lead. Seeing as it was bought two months ago we don't have the receipt anymore and I am sure we won't we allowed to exchange seeing as it is more than 30 days, but 2 months is really a VERY short time for a lamp to work. This is so disappointing because now we will have to go buy another lamp just a mere 2 months later. Really terrible that the quality of these lamps are so bad. Bought similar lamps about 18 months ago from Sheet Street and they are still working 100%. It is not the globe etc. that fused. The switch does not \click"from side to side anymore"
