Terrible online shopping customer service .

The online customers service agents are rude, will cut the communication off before you’re done with your query. They also have a ‘there’s nothing we can do’ attitude. They’re also delayed in responding to emails . I made an order and only realised afterwards that the app still had my cell number. I then updated it and alerted them. A day later they told me there’s nothing they could do(impossible for them to communicate with courier ), were dismissive and said ‘goodbye ‘ and cut me off before I was done. My order is still not yet delivered .
