Terrible, horrible and disgusting

This is now out of hand. I have been waiting for my online order for a full month without any further response or confirmation when the order is coming. I am still waiting. I have contacted their head office and all they do is sit there in their offices and think they are high and mighty and better than the consumers. It's terrible to see how their service has deteriorated. It's disgusting and ******** and I think no one should even support this online services. I will do this everyday until my order is received, No excuses.
