Terrible experience buying products on the app

Terrible experience and totally unexpected. Always been a fan of Mr Price Home but sheesh. We placed an order for some product on 18 December. The order was split into two parts, one of which was delivered to the wrong address over 200kms away. I couldn't understand this because I completed our new address but discovered that when placing an order on the app, if you change anything in the cart, it defaults back to a previous address. Thankfully my mother in law still lived at the address and could bring it through. The second part of the delivery just never happened, but i made sure that they updated the address. It took forever and I followed up continuously, and eventually on 6 January decided to cancel the order, which was confirmed. The courier still tried to deliver the order 3 days later, AGAIN AT THE OLD ADDRESS AFTER CHANGING IT, with it clearly written on the box 'CANCELLED'. We sent it back. We are yet to be refunded with me having to constantly follow up on what is happening, have they received the cancelled order back at the warehouse so they can process the cancellation. I tried 5 times to get through to customer care, wasted almost 30 mins of my airtime and eventually reached out on facebook messenger, but just no feedback, just 'we will follow up and provide feedback'..... and then I follow up again and jus get 'we will follow up and provide feedback'...... Its now almost a month since we cancelled the order after a terrible experience. Please just refund the money to my husband's account and get it done please. We will not buy on Mr Price online again. Lesson learned.
