Terrible dispatch coordination

<p>I have ordered 10 items (o/no ********** 16863) on 04/12/2016 altogether in one big online order. Today on 13/12/2016, almost 10 days later, I have only received 1 single item from that whole order. This is the first time ever that my ordered items arrive in "bits and pieces" and by different couriers, and it is unacceptable. I have ordered form MRP Home many, many times in the past from mixed departments and I have always received everything in one shipment. This is utterly poor service and bad coordination.</p>
