Terrible customer service- No ability to retrieve voucher

I have been shopping at Mr Price since I got my very first Job in 2012, in fact even way beyond this from purchasing my furniture when I bought my first house to the first baby goods and cloths and shoes.

I received a voucher from them which expires tomorrow and upon trying to retrieve this to my dismay it was not working. I also received one for Mr Price clothing with the same situation.

I then followed up with their customer care line and was advised that the voucher will not work because other people found a loophole to misuse this. Now, this voucher I would assume was given as a token of appreciation to a loyal customer this voucher only expires tomorrow and I am not able to retrieve it with no proper explanation when it is clear that I have not retrieved this.

I am utterly disappointed, when I asked the consultant if I was able to escalte this I am told that there is no option to move this to an higher level.

I am appalled to say the least by this type of service in 2022!
