Terrible customer service

Horrible service at the Mr price home at the midlands mall branch saw cushions in a basket that said priced to go underneath said half price of red tagged marked price the marked price was R99 I wanted 6 of them as it said hlf of that.... I asked a gentlemen he said no that promotion is over and I clearly read it.... As I walked away he pulled that poster off... I went and asked to speak to the manager she apologized and still said she can't give it to me at half price I showed her on the table that the poster was there they tried to go over it with red then they scratched it in black with some still showing she told me it's a dimisable offence I told her no i dnt want the staff fired just the cushions she refused I asked her if she knows about consumer act to which she responded he can get dismissed...she told me they highlighted who highlights with a red highlighter on a red board where clearly I saw the white. false advertising won't be shopping there again
