Terrible customer service

Am very disappointed and angry at the service received from Mr Price Home in Alberton City. I went there today to purchase goods using my gift card. The lady assisting me advised I needed to produce my ID of which I didn't have it with me but had my license with. I have used the very same Gift voucher at Chrishani Mall and no ID was required. The lady that was called to authorize (Sibongile Nkosi) was very rude to me and also rude to her staff member asking rudely why she processed without asking for my I'D. Since when do we have to go around with I'D's when we go shop at Mr Price home as if we going to a bank? How was this communicated to their customers? The back of the card doesn't even state that u need to bring an ID to redeem. I also called their Head office and the lady that assisted me was also not aware of this ID story. I drove 15km to this Mall just to be disrespected. Store Managers need to be trained on how to deal with customers, the manner and tone Sibongile Nkosi used was very disrespectful. Mr Price cannot introduce something new and don't make customers aware of it then people at the store become rude when they have to explain as to why an ID is needed now and when was this implemented. Also want to know why couldn't they use my license instead since I had it?
