Terrible call centre service

I will never order from Mr Price Home online again. The service from there call centre was pathetic to say the least. We had purchased a few items from their store 2 weeks ago. They advised delivery would be between 5-7 working days. On the 7th day we get the call from the courier company that they will be delivering our goods later the day. A few hours later the goods are delivered but only half of them. I ask the driver where is the rest and he says they were damaged so they will have to be replaced. Immediately my husband calls Mr Price call centre. And I know now why the number is toll free...they make you wait! When he finally spoke to someone they informed him the couch was just too large to be delivered with that driver but it is with a different driver and will be delivered soon. Day 8 comes and goes, no feedback. Day 9 I call and so started my battle with these people. In the end it resulted in my husband and I doing all the leg work. My husband checked which store had stock of the items while made contact with the courier company to arrange with them to collect and deliver the goods. And to top it all off I’m sure my cell number was flagged because none of calls from my cell would be answered but as soon as I called from my husbands number or the landline the calls would be answered- while my call from my cell number was still waiting to be answered!
