Terrible attitude and service from Ballito Junction mall supervisor

<p>We purchased 2 bar stools, white leather and stainless steel on the 23rd of March 2017. From last week the one has been squeeking terribly and the bottom round piece is loose. We called the Supervisor Sylvester to come and look , which he did - he said that the reason the chair broke is because we use it commercially. We have 2 and only one is problematic but he continued to ignore our statements and carry on about commercial use. We do not sit on these chairs all day as we serve clients but he refused to assist us and actually talked down to us like we didnt understand him . If both chairs were broken, then I would understand the problem, but why only one chair that is giving problems. His attitude needs to be addressed as I am a client just like anyone else.</p>
