Terrible After Sales Service

Mr Price Home has a terrible after sales service I ordered couches on 16 Feb and received the wrong couches on 26 Feb. I told the drivers that the order was wrong and that they should return the order as I didn’t have space to keep those couches. They left them anyway

I have been calling the call centre every day to follow up as I arranged for the replacement order on 26 Feb. I have been informed that there’s an issue with the supplier. Mr Price Home will arrange for a refund after they have collected the couches they should not have left in the first place. This is such an inconvenience on my part in terms of space and time and it’s not fair as the Mistake was on Mr Price Home. Yesterday I asked to speak to a manager I was told they call me back but they never did.

I’m so disappointed and frustrated
