Telephone dropped in your ear - Mr Price Home Canal Walk Century City

Hi, a month back I complained about the telephone being dropped in your ear - Canal Walk Century City branch. Yet again this has happened. How are we supposed to follow up on orders or get through to you?!!! The Branch Manager/General Manager has not bothered to follow-up on this matter it seems. Sadly client service is lacking and I will never do business with Mr Price Home again!
