Taken 3 weeks, still no delivery, company full of lies and incompetency.

Mr Price home delivered 2 x orders short, took a lot of frustration for them to even acknowledge it. I ordered goods, that they had in stock on the 16th of February. Nearly a month has passed and I still have not received all my goods.

I was promised that the side table I did not receive will be delivered in 3 to 5 business days, this is day number 6. So even though I was promised by Clancy Chetty, it never happened.

The dog bowls I ordered, I was issued a voucher from them for one short item, so even though I really don't want to buy from them, I am forced, or I loose the money I spent. They have NO idea about customer satisfaction.

I have gone to great lengths to get his issue resolved, spoke to their call centre, send them communication, complained on hellopeter, complained, on social media, I even had to explain to their logistics manager how to count and do his work. An email to the CEO Mr Blair was also ignored. I am so angry with these fools.

Yesterday "Mohammed" called me and told me it will be delivered today.

Still waiting.
