Swindling people of their money, providing absolutely no service.

My mother bought blinds and paid the full balance for the installation in March at Mr Price Home at Kolonnade Mall. It is now June and the blinds still haven't been installed. It took more than a month for the people to go tot her house to do the measurements for the blinds. Prior to that they kept making appointments but never honoured those appointments. Now that the blinds have to be installed, they continue to give her the runaround, telling her multiple stories about how they are in different places i.e Limpopo or Jhb and somehow can never make it to her house. I have called the call centre but "all the agents are busy" and regardless of how long I hold an agent has never answered. I will now be taking legal action. This is unacceptable.
