SUPER disappointed!!!

I am SUPER disappointed!!!! Date: 01/01/2024 At 12:57 I stopped at Mr. Price Home Rustenburg Platunum Square. They are the ONLY store that sells the sugar **** s that I use in my clay works. I had an order that I had to deliver the next morning in JHB. As I can not find these specific s****s anywhere else, I rushed there,m. Knowing that the square shops all close at 14:00 on a public holiday, only to find them closing the doors. As I approached the door, they said that they are closing. I explained my situation and asked if they could not perhaps assist me, and they said sorry, they already cashed up! As I went to other stores to look for s****s by some miracle, they were all surprised to hear that they were closed. I am super disappointed, not in the fact that they closed earlier, because I can understand it is useless to be open if you have no customers, but when I asked for help as they were still busy closing, they just refused, and that is the most disappointing part!
