Super bad service

Ordered online ... paid instore on 26/9/2025. Still waiting today.. 13th October, I was only able to get a tracking number for the parcel on 3/10/2025, it showed SHIPPED. I keep phoning ,,, the answer is always " wait for the SMS or email" "cannot track it" "it shows Shipped " " We can confirm it might be delivered in a day or 2" 9/10/2025 was told it will be at store the Next day . 10/10/2025 when phoning the store , they said nothing was delivered, I must phone on Tuesday, as nothing will be delivered after weekend and Mondays. This was for a birthday present ...!!!!!!!!!!! i am so disappointed .. not even mad anymore . I can only laugh at your incompetence , Too bad you can actually even get a RED star . ( Nosi said there is no record of me speaking to anyone, promise to personally get back to me .. but alas .. also still waiting )
