Such incompetence

I am quite unsatisfied and will not use MR PRICE again. My poster bed was shipped and delivered on the 25th of May which I bought on the 19th of May. But it wasn't assembled right upon delivery because the wrong *****s were supp**** and this was only noticed after it was assembled and the wood was splitting in two parts. Not sure why the assemblers went ahead and assembled the bed even though the *****s were not the right fit. Or better yet why the parts were not checked before they arrived at my doorstep. These are simple auditing controls which were not being taken into account. What was supposed to happen if I didn't require the assembling service? It was going to be my problem. It's the 9th of June today and there has been no update of substance really yet I am calling everyday.

When I called the first time in the 31st of May after the courier assured me the replacement will take 5 working days. Head office didn't even know my order was not delivered.

I am really frustrated!!!!!!!!
