Substandard Quality from Mr Price Home

Thank you for your feedback ****uya,<br> <br> I have stated my purchase date from my first email.<br> So I think it is ridiculous that you tell me in the one email that an exchange has been approved then in the next one you tell me that the couches can only be repaired.<br> You cannot repair something that was of bad quality to begin with. The description says chipboard and pine but it happens to be more chipboard.<br> Like I said I am not interested in having this couches it is absolutely shoddy quality and at the price I paid for it I could have owned high quality Coricraft coaches.<br> I don't care for the coaches to be repaired. It is ridiculous expecting any consumer to pay R8000.00 for coaches which only lasts a year.<br> I will still have to go and purchase decent quality coaches from elsewhere.<br> This is not scatter cushions which are replaced regularly it is a coach which is supposed to be a solid piece of furniture which can be reliably used for years. <br> I have never had this problem with Coricraft. <br> Mr Price Home have definitely not proven to be value for money.<br> I was actually looking at purchasing standalone lounge chairs from Mr Price Home, I was hesitant in my decision because of the poor qaulity
