Substandard Goods

I purchased a Chenille Throw 200x220 which was the only one left and I was in desperate need for the throw. I noticed there was a whole in the throw and asked the cashier whether I would get a discount seeing that there was a hole. She said no I could not get a discount for that.<br> <br> I want to know why does Mr Price sell substandard goods? I still got charged R349.00 for something that is damaged and I have photos to prove it.<br> <br> I have been a long standing customer and I have been loyal to Mr Price but if this is the quality they are going to sell us, then I would rather buy elsewhere.<br> <br> Thanks
