Store Opens Late & Terrible Manager

<p>Good day, I wanted to go to the MRP Home store in Bedford Centre on Saturday but the store refused to open the doors. All other stores were open except MRP Home. me and other customers were waiting outside. After 30 minutes i left - completely RIDICULOUS AND UNACCEPTABLE!! WASTING MY TIME!!</p> <p>A new staff employee arrived on time for work but couldnt get in as they refused to open - the staff member tried to call the store twice with no answer and knocked on the door a few times and no one helped. everyone at the tills saw us and just looked and went back to talking toeach other. The girl even pointed to her watch and the one guy in the store looked at his watch and went back to talking. This girl explained to me that this happens all the time and apparently there is a new manager at the store. i felt so sorry for this girl as she arrived on time for work but couldnt clock in beacuse of a **** MANAGER. I then went to Eastgate where I was assisted and they explained to me that apparently this manager is very rude and doesnt treat the staff with respect...SHOCKING AND DISGUISTING!!</p>
