Store is refusing to close a ***** account that they opened in my name without my knowledge

Someone opened a ********** Mr Price Home account in my name. I reported this, sent through all my documents on the 16th of August 2022. I was promised a month, it is 19th of September today. Every time I call customer care they tell me to email *****. No one from the ***** department has contacted me. Apparently you can't call *****. You can only email, and they don't respond. I believe this ***** account is an inside job, because why is it not getting closed. Mr Price Home is purposely ruining my credit. No one is helping me.
