Store don't want to pay my Refund

They have no shame for them self. All the do is lying about when they hit yo pay your money back. Ist timi it was 5 to 7 working days. Now after I did question it. No it is 7 to 14 working days. They must not advertise online if you order and pay. Then cancel you order after 2 hours and now they can't pay your money back. Have all my details my bank letter and everything. Just because I don't want a gift card. Their is nothing in their shop I will ever buy again. The stuff is low quality many case.
