****** Gift Voucher Number

I received a gift voucher of R500 for my birthday on the 10th of October 2017, I created an online account last week and attempted to use my voucher for an online purchase last night, however the balance only showed R15.05. I contacted your online customer support this morning and the consultant advised me that the voucher has been used on the 23rd of March 2018 for an online purchase of R484.95. I didn't even have an online account before last week and I was the only person who had access to the gift voucher. I tried phoning your accounts department but they just dropped my call after asking me to hold on. What should I do in this case? This is theft. Surely you should be able to get the details of the user who made the online purchase using my gift card?!
