Still waiting on delivery from Mr Price

I purchased goods from Mr Price on the 23rd December 2015 with store economy option which takes up to 6 working days and i am still waiting for my order .<br> <br> I received a response from Mr Price regarding complaint i logged on Tuesday about the order and was told the goods would be delivered on that day , its two days later and im still waiting . Im furious please give me an explanation as to why we are struggling with online orders when it should have been more convenient .
