Still waiting Mr Price Home

I ordered an item online around the 12th on January, this was delivered on the 23rd January. I later saw that the item was damaged and sent an email with pics of the damage on the 24th. They took days to get back to me, so I decided I do not want a replacement but rather my money back. They did not send an email me for days. When they finally did send me an email about a week later. I was not satisfied with the timeline of the collection and refund. I gave them a call and said the collection should be done by last Friday. Well the item has still not been collected and I still have not received my refund. No one had called me to tell me what is going on and I’m tired of calling their call centre.

I expected better service from Mr Price Home. Very disappointed.
