still waiting for the assesor

i bought a couch the first week of December had to wait for it because apparently they order it then deliver it....i received it and then when opening it everything was alright but except for one thing i could hear the springs popping on both edges but i thought that because its new eventually it will stop popping but guess what till to-date i don't sit on that couch because it sound like its going to break whenever i sit so i went to the store and explained to them two weeks after buying it...then the store manager said its probably a factory fault and she will send a letter to the assessor so they can come and check, a few weeks later i received a call &amp
