Still waiting for my refund
19 November 2017 i made an online purchase which didnt go through however the money did come off my bank account. I called the call centre to qeury the matter and the consultant told me i would receive a refund in the next 3 days and also gave me a reference number which is ********** . Its been weeks now and the refund has not reflected in my bank account.
I need that money back please
