Still no delivery

I ordered from mr price home last Monday, I still haven't received my order. Even though I PAID for my delivery to me delivery within 5 days! The online tracking says they've tried to deliver twice, I have two issues with this. Firstly, I have been home EVERYDAY waiting for this package, so there has definitely not been an attempted delivery. Secondly, I emailed and asked that if I'm not home, the package be left with security, and this was confirmed that it would happen. So frankly the fact that it had been attempted is *******! There's really no excuse for this! I'm STILL waiting for my delivery at 3.20 on day 7 of waiting, if I don't get this today I expect my money back, and will definitely not be shopping with mr price home again.
