Standards in service long gone in Galleria branch

No service and disgusting behavior all in a day. I had visited the Galleria branch and it's shocking to see how the standards in service have dropped immensely! Do the people in this shop even want their jobs?

There was no one available in the linen section and when I had called out to one of the ladies ,she'd rather look at me and pretend she did'nt hear anything. It seems as if everyone runs away when there is sight of a customer. Mind you ,this isn't the first time this has happened in Mr Price home shop

What made my experience even worse when buying boxes was the fact that the ladies behind at the tills reffered to each other in Zulu as *****es (weh sfebe) as I heard correctly. There's no concern for customers and it irritated me as I had my daughters with me. How is this inappropriate behaviour allowed in such a huge company?

It's not enough i didn't get any service or help in the shop, what's even worse is that the females behaved as the shop were a street corner. HOW ARE THESE PEOPLE EVEN HIRED?!?! Sadly,I most definitely rather take my money where I know I can get service and a better shopping experience.

Definitely would not recommend shopping there and a customer lost.
