Staff purchasing in store items instead of making it available to the public.

A curtain rod was advertised for R599.99, which comprised of two rods in a pack. After offering to pay for the item, the manager, Marion Lottery, told the assistant named Michelle in the store that the rods were two separate items and I would have to pay for 2 rods instead of one. The unpleasantness experienced in that store was dispicable. The manner in which I was treated. Waiting for over 45 minutes to obtain a response from Marion and the fact that the item was labelled R599.99 for two only to then discover that they were 2 separate items, this constitutes false advertising in the store.
