I visited the store twice today and received such bad and pathetic service and attitude from all the staff including the security at the entrance. Staff was not willing to help even though they saw me struggling with a crying baby. The second visit was just before closing time, around 5.15pm. I was purchasing a hanging ornament that was for my daughters room, it was tangled beyond compare, nobody wanted to help.at the till my daughter took a doll without a price, the till lady called out to someone on the floor who just waved her hand and said something in their language obviously not willing to help even though my baby was screaming! The till lady had to go and see the price.the staff just walked around aimlessly with no care, this is the second experience with retail crossing. I'm absolutely appalled at the service and to think they are running ur store and giving ur brand such a bad name.i visited clearwater store last week, what a pleasure, dealt with friendly and helpful staff!
